Job Description
The Role
Reporting directly to the Shop Manager, main responsibilities will involve:

Welcoming customers to the store warmly
Recommending goods that match customer needs
Keeping up to date with product information
Accurately describing product features and benefits
Ensuring the store is always clean  
Merchandising and ensuring proper product displays
Providing excellent customer service through following up on enquiries, contacting customers to recommend or update them on new stock items.
Effectively responding to and following up with customers on the Store’s social media platforms.

The Person

The individual will be hardworking, have integrity, presentable, team player, with good communication, and interpersonal skills. He/she must also have a good understanding of retail business. High integrity, attention to details, flexibility, and being a self-starter will be essential.

Requisite Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in retail store selling, of not less than 1 year
College diploma in any field
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Competency in interpersonal communication
Proficiency in MS Office with ability to use social media platforms for store marketing
Age: Between 22 to 30 years
