Job SummaryProvide performance review and reporting, project management on base Stills business and commercial support to the Franchises & bottling partners and co-ordination across a geographic location to achieve volume, share and profit in Stills categories.Key Duties/Responsibilities
Business performance review and reporting
Track and Monitor business performance through the review and analysis of the weekly sales numbers
Weekly reporting of business performance for prior week and key action points
Analyze the various internal and 3P reports and surveys i.e. retail audit, RED surveys etc. to generate meaningful action items
Operations management for existing stills businesses
Involvement in functional and franchise/country BP development
Drive the ABP / BBP process with the country teams and bottlers
Deliver volume as per BP commitments
Drive routines with country teams / bottlers for business delivery
Build system alignment on marketing & commercial interventions to grow the business
Market Execution and Commercial Excellence
Support the bottler commercial and execution capabilities for the stills categories
Build understanding of Route to Market and support projects designed to improve our market development and execution
Support the deployment of consumer and experiential programmes across the country
Use System tools to monitor and improve in outlet performance
Franchise Leadership
Build value based and strategic “win-win” relationships with bottler commercial and / or stills teams
Support building of stills capabilities at the bottler – RTM, Execution
Coach KO Team to maximize current and future potential of the Stills Portfolio/categories
Communication ComplexitiesExtensive High Level Strategic / Operational Interaction with:

Franchise General Manager (guidance, supervision, coaching)
Stills GM (Stills Strategic and Execution Planning)
Peer associates within Marketing, C&CL, Stills, Financial, Technical, PAC functions etc.(collaboration)

Bottler Senior Local Management (Gain commitment to and execution of Stills BBPs)
External organizations as appropriate and at highest level possible
Analysis
Priority setting within expanded framework of responsibilities
Rapid execution of decisions through internal management process
Need to maximize efficiencies, decision making and learning vertically within the KO and Bottler Partner System structures and horizontally across markets
Alignment of System Partner and KO planning priorities and timing

The Stills Execution Manager is responsible primarily for the development and execution of Stills ABP/BBP

Related Experience Requirements/ Qualifications
7-10 years experience with a FMCG Company ideally with P&L responsibility. Functional experience within an operational function would be an advantage. Stills Bottler experience an added advantage.
Educational Requirements
University/Bachelors degree

Masters qualifications an added advantage
