Job Summary
The Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist is responsible for obtaining quality invasive diagnostic data during all studies performed in the cardiac catheterization laboratory on inpatients and outpatients ranging from adult to geriatric age. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $69.55 – $86.47 (Hourly Rate).

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an American Medical Association approved school for Radiologist Technologists.
Minimum of three years of allied health experience in an acute care setting and Cardiac Cath Lab, EP, Radiology Specials, or Neuro Interventional Procedures experience required
Experience with cardiac rythm recognition
Ability to communicate and work well with coworkers and patients.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiological Technologist (RTR) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES).
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate from a accredited program program in either electrophysiology or invasive cardiovascular technology.
License/Certification
MRAD:CA; FLRAD:CA; RTR;
American Heart Association CPR/BLS
American Heart Association ACLS
