Details:
You will manage a team and be in charge of all spray operations – handling crop protection products, spray machinery and equipment.

Holder of a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelors of Science in Agriculture/Horticulture
Proven experience in Roses production/growing
Able to work under minimal supervision
Team player who creates top down working relationship with general workers and management.
Good communication skills
Possess good analytical skills
Tenacious
Are able to work at a remote location work 6 full days per week?
