Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure territory sales, analyse, and diagnose territory, make, and execute territory plan. Execute according to marketing strategy.
Work according to business ethics procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk way and policies, quality standards & guidelines.
Build effective relationships with assigned customers, provide them with information on our products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up.
Participate in and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences, and other Novo Nordisk meetings, participate in and contribute effectively to cross functional collaboration (field functions). Organising (educational) customer events and ensure follow up.
Qualifications
University Degree in medical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related field.
Min. 2 years of experience in medical sales.
Proficient in initiating new business.
Strong attention to quality and detail, good planning and organizational skills and the agility and willingness to quickly adjust to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to negotiate.
Willingness to collaborate with stakeholders and drive their personal development.
Fluent English.
Good computer skills.
