Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain the Spa room in line with the standard operation procedures
Promote the Spa to guest by explaining various offers and giving suitable recomendations
Schedule guest appointments while paying key attention to needs, allergies, medical history and other relevant requirements
Maintain relevant Spa documentation and client files
Provide personalized Spa service in line with guest needs
Ensuring the Spa room is adequatly stocked with Spa supplies
Together with the Camp manager, actively involved in resolving any arising guest complaints regarding the Spa services
Ensure all incidences or accidents are handled inlie with the compay’s health & safety regulations
Prepare reports pertaining the Spa services
Minimum Requirements
Certified and trained, holding relevant diplomas and certificates in spa and wellness therapies.
3+ of relevant experience in high-end luxury spa and wellness services.
