Duties and responsibilities

cooking and preparing meals
step-up and lead the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
managing the kitchen and health & safety requirements, maintaining food safety standards,
developing the menu and adhering to high standards of preparation, delivery and presentation of food.
·make sure products are baked in time for customer orders
Acting as the key communication point between the kitchen and the front of house team, and creating a daily specials menu.
