Job Purpose: Responsible and accountable for sourcing of diverse global talent pools of adequate quality and size to meet current and emerging plans. The post holder will also be responsible for designing an inclusive and varied people plan to enable the successful delivery of an impactful and responsible programme.
Responsibilities:

Develop sustainable sourcing plans and strategies to deliver a fit for purpose talent pool to meet the people demand for Resilient Livelihoods
Utilise both innovative and traditional sourcing techniques in order to build a talent pool of active prospects who engage with VSO through a variety of channels
Accountable for designing plans to meet project objectives that includes how partnerships, events and networking, social and professional networks, digital mediums, direct sourcing and the retention and mobility of talented people have been considered and will be mobilised
Identify the critical and hard to fill roles required globally and locally and work with colleagues to prioritise recruitment. Head hunt for candidates as required.
Carry out sourcing labour market analysis, collaborate with others to design people teams and roles to deliver impactful and sustainable volunteering for development programmes; ensure full cost recovery within plans
Work in partnership with hiring managers across global VSO to understand, influence and help fulfil employee and volunteer recruitment needs at all levels and ensure recruitment of the right people, with the right skills at the right time
Responsible for effective collation, analysis and presentation of management information on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Design and deliver training to those involved in the sourcing process as required
Build and maintain strong working relationship with all key stakeholders
Global lead on sourcing across VSO, credible reference point in advising and influencing on professional specialism

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Essential criteria:

5+ years recruitment experience, including an understanding of global mobility and talent management in an international context
Excellent understanding and experience of using multi-channel attraction methods.
Demonstrable experience of direct sourcing strategies and end to end recruitment processes
Experience with HRIS, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
Proven experience of designing recruitment activities and the candidate experience to positively impact employer brand.
Experience in developing new partnerships with a proactive and creative approach in seeking out and pursuing opportunities.
A strong team player with a positive attitude, sensitivity to the needs of others and cultural awareness
Adept at navigating a changing environment and the ability to find innovative ways of solving or pre-empting recruitment problems
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills in English
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
