Solutions Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Development: Make 50-60 calls a day to identify and qualify key opportunities in your assigned territory.
Demo the Product: Use your sales skills combined with product knowledge to deliver live virtual demonstrations of the OrangeHRM platform to key stakeholders. You will uncover pain points and position OrangeHRM as a leading solution to meet their needs.
Close Business: Drive revenue by directing prospects through the buying process to ultimately obtain a signed agreement.
Define specific sales plans and qualify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver presentations/demos over Webex.
Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
Participate in general marketing and promotional activities.
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts to the management team.
Contribute to processes and make suggestions of improvement within the organization.
Other sales duties as assigned by the sales manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and strong time management skills.
2+ years of sales experience.
Previous experience selling into HR strongly preferred.
CRM experience.
