Job Brief
This is a full-time on-site role as a Software Sales Team Leader located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Software Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Education:
Degree /Diploma in an IT/Business related field
Experience:
At least 3 Years’ work experience in Software /ERP, Technology and IT Sector. Experience in software sales to corporates is highly preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
Ability to analyze sales data and use it to improve performance
