We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our software solutions to businesses and institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Prepare and submit sales reports and performance analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computers and software applications, ability to understand and explain technical aspects of software solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent fluency in English, both spoken and written; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Professional Attributes: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and results-oriented; strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
