Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking experienced and passionate software engineers to help grow a team focused on the Diagnostic Solutions, delivering innovative solutions to support Microsoft Identity Platform’s growing app ecosystem. Responsibilities

Building a strong team which respects the cultural values of Microsoft and the communities we work in.
Collaborate with teams across Microsoft.
Evangelize best practices across the team. Coach and grow team members.
Design, develop large scale distributed software services and solutions.
Lead effective changes in incident and problem management processes.
Participate in and lead team discussions about architectural design and other topics.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
8+ years of software development experience, preferably in C#, Python, C/C++, Java,or other high-level programming languages
Strong technical problem-solving skills and a desire to learn from others.
Passion for agile teamwork and building a collaborative team culture.
Good communication skills, enabling transparency and productivity across teams in different parts of the world.
Proven track record of people management and good people skills.
