Manage social media marketing campaigns on a daily basis
Formulate a comprehensive market analysis to ascertain trends, current/future opportunities.
Create and execute a social media strategy based on the selected platform, competitor analysis, and target audience.
Design and publish daily content (original information) that connects and involves the community.
Increase the visibility of the company’s product through physical event planning and alternative channels.
Moderate usergenerated content in line with the company policies.
Capture and analyze metrics, insights and best practices and recommend actions.
Collaborate with other departments to identify top community issue, key players, and appropriate actions.
Protect the company reputation.
Qualifications for the Social Media Marketer Job
Expert in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media.
BS or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Business, News Media or Public Relations
Demonstrable social networking experience and use of social analytics tools
Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics and good understanding of major marketing channels
Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills in English and relevant local language(s)
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking ability.
A team player, who can work with the Country Manager and other department chairs to formulate a cohesive strategy and implementation plan
