Social Media Manager

About the role: You will develop content calendars, work closely with our designer, create and executive relevant social media content on all major channels, create and plan campaigns for upcoming events, manage online campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram to increase our brand awareness, disseminate any crucial information that needs to be across all channels, manage strategic partnerships and work with social media agencies to monitor platforms, manage customer queries and provide customer insights.
Who we are looking for:
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree
• You have 2+ years experience in social media marketing
• You are passionate about social media and technology
• You have the ability to use cases and data to create new pitch concepts
• You have previous experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
• You have great interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in both English and Swahili (French is an added plus)
• You learn quickly and are capable of working
