You will:
Work closely with the wider insights team to translate internal briefs into analytical projects, and conduct analysis using a range of in-house tools to derive actionable insights
Work across a range of digital touchpoints, including social listening/analytics
Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform brand and marketing strategy, digital marketing content, communications, and new product development
Build and test queries on in-house tools, and create well-crafted visualisations, primarily in PowerPoint
You will need:
To be able to speak English and Bahasa proficiently
Experience working in digital insights, with strong experience in social listening
Exposure to a range of tools, including Google Analytics and Brandwatch
