ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, maintain and expand SME client portfolio.
Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the SME portfolio.
Proactively manage credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.
Grow profitability, product penetration and customer satisfaction.
Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the bank’s strategy.
Market the Bank’s service and products to increase business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business economic, finance or related field.
At least two years of experience in banking operations and SME banking.
Strong knowledge of local banking industry and banking products.
Proficiency in marketing and selling.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
High integrity, professionalism, result driven and proactive approach.
