Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering; a degree is preferred. Experience in fleet management is essential.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in using business computer applications and data management systems.
Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex situations, handle pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Experience in budgeting, financial control, and scheduling.

Duties:
Plan and allocate Plant & Equipment as per DPP to ensure optimal availability and utilization.
Develop and manage budgets, profits, and plans.
Oversee capital asset maintenance and plant performance for production and quality.
Control labor overtime, premium freight, and repair expenses.
Maintain and update plant facilities, equipment, and inventory.
Implement and sustain preventive maintenance programs.
Promote shop floor organization and cleanliness.
Ensure availability of necessary spares in the right quantity at the right time.
Provide leadership, training, and annual appraisals to meet site objectives.
Adhere to staff management policies and SQHE standards.
