Job Description
The Signals Intelligence Instructor will be responsible for the following:

Provide onsite training to both civilian operators and military SIGINT operators on various systems such as WJ, LS, Neb, DRT, etc and their relevant TTP’s
Execute and monitor project activities
Maintain inventory and accountability of SIGINT equipment
Ensure equipment is properly installed and connected inside of mission aircraft
Mentor SI rider on proper safeguarding of SI related collection information and sharing
Mode 1 & 3 Air Re-Certifications and proficiency training
Mode 1 & 3 Air Initial Certifications with approval from OTT/NSA
Aircraft SI collection equipment familiarization training and recommended employment of SI equipment
Oversee the management and functionality of SI equipment
Provide dedicated POC and continuity on SI equipment at each SS site
Sit side by side with SI Rider while on mission to provide mentoring if desired
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills

Proficiency with testing and installing tactical and strategic SIGINT systems
Experience with developing and implementing SIGINT course curriculums
Proficiency in Direction Finding (DF) techniques
OTT/NSA Certified Modes 1, 2 and 3 Air Instructor
Knowledge of process improvement techniques and ability to direct improvement initiatives
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and other relevant technology applications

Required Experience

Previous military SI operator with minimum 8 years’ experience, with overseas deployments to hostile environments
An active Secret clearance is required
The ability to obtain a Top Secret w/ SCI clearance is required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology (technical track), or a related discipline is desired but not required.
