SHEQ Analyst

Job OverviewThe job incumbent is responsible for supporting plant management in all quality, safety and environmental systems and guidelines including auditing, training and information and communication
Main Responsibilities
Define and supervise all quality, safety and environmental systems and guidelines
Monitor the market in terms of legal changes
Ensure that relevant information is distributed to the relevant departments
Support corporate departments by conducting negotiations with external authorities, customers and suppliers
Initiate and co-ordinate own internal and external quality audits for permits and certification
Control, monitor and report the budget for the area of responsibility
Propose the expansion of existing systems and creation of new systems in line with corporate guidelines
Conduct and co-ordinate all quality, environmental and safety related training.
Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry,Chemical Engineering or related field
Min. 5 years experience working in a related production environment (food/beverage processing, health and hygiene production, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Knowledge of relevant laws pertaining to safety and environmental compliance
Proficient in English
Experience in other functional areas of Operations preferred
