Services Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Services Manager to oversee the delivery of essential services within our 400 acre development.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

Oversee the delivery of key services, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, utilities (water and electricity), and security.
Implement operational procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Manage and Coordinate maintenance schedules for infrastructure, facilities, utilities, and equipment.

Vendor and Contract Management

Monitor vendor performance and contracts.
Conduct regular audits of service providers to ensure standards are met.

Budget management

Prepare and manage the operational budget for services.
Track expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Monitor service costs and recommend strategies for cost optimization.

Stakeholder Management

Team Leadership
Customer and stakeholder management regarding services

Risk Management

Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate service disruptions.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years expereince in services, facilities management, or a similar role.
Experience in real estate developments or large scale property management is an advantage.
Proven experience in service delivery, facilities, or operations management.
Strong leadership, vendor management, and customer service skills.
Expertise in budgeting and operational processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Candidate must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
