A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Project Management, or related field such as public health with strong experience in digital health.
Preferably formal training in project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) with Prince Certification.
2 – 4 years’ work experience gained working closely with digital interventions, services and applications in health and at a manager level.
Knowledge of cybersecurity including patching, encryption, SSL certificates, role-based access, application monitoring, and multi-factor authentication.
Preferably skills should include Open HIM, Docker, PostgreSQL, SQL server, Angular, Linux, GitHub, and APIs,
The Senior Technical Project Manager, Health Security Informatics will also have experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
