Senior Technical Adviser

Qualifications for the Senior Technical Adviser Job
You have a Postgraduate degree or equivalent standard in public health, social sciences or related field.
You have proven ability and advanced application in comprehensive and integrated service delivery of sexual and reproductive health programming in developing countries including HIV and abortion and experience of sexual rights and gender equality.
With good leadership and excellent advocacy skills you also have strong project development, implementation and evaluation skills and have an excellent technical knowledge/understanding of comprehensive service delivery including HIV and abortion issues and programming.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate training. With excellent time management skills you are able to meet tight deadlines. You are fluent in English. Other languages (especially French) would be an asset. You have an up to date understanding of human rights instruments and rights based approaches to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and to the global aid architecture.
This post includes international travel. You have cultural sensitivity.
