Develop M&E frameworks for supported projects.
Develop qualitative and quantitative tools for data collection, summary and reporting.
Coordinate annual project reviews, impact assessments, process monitoring activities.
Ensure highest quality data is accessible to all by analyzing and visualizing.
Coordinate timely and quality donor reporting highlighting project performance against targets.
Ensure data use for decision making by regular update of project performance monitoring plan (PMP).
Perform regular updates of project dashboards to enhance data use for decision making.
Develop and updated performance dashboards for timely performance feedback.
Coordinate QA, QC and QI for all the project M&E systems and processes.
Ensure quality and available data through proper database management, M&E systems and storage.
Document case studies, best practices and lessons learnt for sharing with stakeholders.
Support continuous quality improvement (CQI) assessments for project’s interventions.
Implement the M&E annual work plan for budgeting and planning purposes.
Provide technical assistance and mentorship on M&E to project teams, county team and the facilities.
Collaborate with other teams to strengthen EGPAF M&E and QI systems.
To be successful, you will have:
Bachelors in Biostatics, Health Information Management Systems or Health Records and Information from a recognized University.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience on monitoring and evaluation and data management for a HIV program with strong data analysis and visualization skills using any data visualization software.
Familiar with NASCOP tools and PEPFAR reporting systems.
Proficiency in computer packages for generating and analyzing reports.
Bonus points if you have:
A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
