Security Operations Management Overview
Oversees daily security operations, including Site Security, Control oom and Stores monitoring systems and managing incidents.
Coordinates with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Risk Assessment and Management
Conducts regular risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies.
Policy and Procedure Development
Develops and enforces security policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Team Leadership and Development
Supervises, trains, and mentors security personnel.
Conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing support.
Incident Response
Leads investigations into security breaches and incidents.
Access Control
Manages access control systems and controls entry and exit points.
Emergency Preparedness
Develops and implements emergency response plans.
Security Technology Management
Oversees installation, maintenance, and operation of security technology systems.
Budget Management
Prepares and manages the security department budget.
Reporting
Prepares regular security reports and maintains detailed security records.
Basic Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in security technology and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
May require on-call availability for emergencies.
Physical ability to conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents as needed
