The Sales team is the engine that drives the global consumer reach and make sure the organization is on a profitable trend. We are seeking for a Sales individual who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills. Also, the ideal sales individual has to have deep experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing with strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record. The role demands an individual who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, with a solution driven approach.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Build the brand and its offerings for the East African market
Create and execute a strategic plan
Identify market gaps, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, needs
Manage potential and long-lasting business relationships
Responsible for the company budgets, KPIs, Forecasts and collection.
Liaise across cross functional teams to deliver company goals.
Responsible to conduct trainings for market development and implement the materials
Monitor and solve customer complaints & returns.
Implement corrective actions to improve customer journey and experience
Supervise a team of 3rd party Sales Representatives.
Sales with Key focus on brand & Business development.
Team management and trainings
Working closely with the local marketing agencies for the best deliverables
Knowledge and Experience Requirements (Qualifications)
Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration
