Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Deal with inbound sales queries via email and phone
Set and enforce company standards for quality of service
Identify prospects through cold calling, networking and customer referrals
Analyse sales metrics to determine success of strategies
Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to client enquiries
Assist with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
Provide cover for customer service agents

Qualifications
Key Requirements:

2 years’ experience in a retail sales role
Experience selling outdoor furniture is ideal but not essential
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Exhibit a growth mindset
Effective communication skills – written and verbal

Additional Information
Skills:

Ability to clearly communicate technical information verbally and in written form, and present information in meetings and to groups.
Must have good sales and negotiation skills.
A positive, confident, and proactive attitude
High level influencing and communication skills
