Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant with a deep understanding of Fiber Optic Solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who possesses strong industry knowledge, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive B2B sales and contribute to our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets through proactive B2B sales in fiber optic solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering customized solutions to meet business requirements
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments in fiber optics
Analyze customer data to craft strategic sales plans and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
At least three (3) years of experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry(Senior Sales Consultant)
Proven track record in B2B sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Technical knowledge of fiber optic products and installation processes
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and building strategic sales initiatives
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and excel in a fast-paced environment
