The Reservation Assistant will support the head of reservation by handling day-to-day tasks and ensuring accurate execution of booking and reservation processes.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or travel operations.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Hotel Knowledge for KE & TZ
Proficiency in MS Office i.e Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Attention to detail to ensure error-free bookings and documentation.
Problem-solving skills to handle customer requests or complaints effectively.
Basic knowledge of East African tourism destinations (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda) is advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong logical thinking ability and good at mathematics
Key Responsibilities
Daily reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with attention to detail.
Handle provisional bookings, block bookings, and related follow-ups.
Contract rates filling
Research new hotels/request rates
Generate quotations and invoices
Assist in training & supervising the intern
Act as the first point of contact for supplier communications and escalate major issues to the manager.
