Senior Presales Software Consultant

About the job
We look for someone who is willing to:

Provide end-to-end presales support to a global business development team. Tasks may include company/solution presentations, solution demos, solution conceptualization/business architecture, opportunity qualification, cost estimations, business case development, and SOW development
Articulate recommendations through compelling presentations and documentation to a variety of audiences, including client Business management and experienced IT architects.
Discover the business needs of the customers and map them to our products.
See the Big Picture and “speak the customer language”.
Present, Demo, and Prove the Value proposition of our solutions.
Provide in-depth and solid answers to questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
Identify opportunities for expansion of the Software Group footprint as appropriate to meet market needs
Provide inputs to Software Group’s solution roadmap based on customer’s solution usage, needs, and observations in the market, and identify the competition.
Assist in all levels of business account planning and accompany Business Development Managers on visits to customers.
Maintain detailed product knowledge and understanding of actual product implementations, lessons learned, pitfalls to avoid, and suggestions for future projects.
Contribute to the reusable assets developed and maintained by the presales team
Support other Pre-Sales resources as required with subject matter expertise
Perform other job tasks assigned to him/her by the management in relation to their competence and professional responsibilities.
Know the organization and management structure of the company.
Know the principles of formation and movement of information flows within the company.
Observe the internal rules of the company.

What do you need?

Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a bonus.
Solid educational and professional career track record
Sound experience in the Financial Services Industry either as a service provider or senior banking/insurance role (min 5 years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects
Demonstrated sales acumen to supplement the Business Development team- must be able to convincingly communicate and present business values of our solutions and technology
Able to travel and work effectively throughout the assigned territory
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills
A confident person with a positive and can-do attitude
A highly organized person, able to multitask and prioritize the workload
