QUALIFICATIONS.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years in operations management.
with at least 3 years in a senior role within the gaming industry.
Strong understanding of betting systems, odds management and fraud detection tools.
Familiarity with CCMS and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and operational reporting tools.
Deep understanding of Kenya’s betting regulations and compliance requirements.
