Senior Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Development and execution of the marketing plan for the Africa region in line with the business objectives.
Responsible for the overall marketing calendar for Africa
Partner with the commercial team to define marketing objectives and priorities
Working closely with regional marketing specialists to deploy marketing and communication projects
Planning, project management and end-to-end execution of events across Africa
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and collateral development, leveraging internal expertise and driving collaboration.
Build strategic relationships and partner with vendors and agencies to implement and deliver marketing projects
Identify and assess sponsorship opportunities followed by developing and executing on-ground sponsorship activation plans.
Work closely with various internal stakeholders to provide the marketing support required to deliver objectives.
Prepare reports and metrics for measuring program and event success and identifying opportunities.
Working with local business partners to build programs and campaigns that deliver mutual business benefits.
Present plans and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with stakeholders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Key Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, insurance experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French and Portuguese is a plus
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
