Senior Manager, Technology Non Financial Risk

Job Description
The role holder will be tasked to provide strong management and operational support to the Head of the relevant risk portfolio for the implementation of the Technology Non-Financial Risk management processes and systems as a key enabler to achieving the business objectives of the organisation in the Technology portfolios.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Risk Management, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
One or more relevant industry certifications in information security (e.g. CISSP, CRISC) Computer skills (Excel, Microsoft word and Power point) are required for the position.
Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment governing financial institutions in Kenya is required.
Understanding of risks management frameworks is highly desired.
Ability to proactively anticipate risk and put plans in place to avoid/manage risk
Professional qualifications and/or significant experience in accountancy, IT, finance or audit as well as certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACA, CISA, or IIA, would be a distinct advantage.

Job Family: Risk – Technology Non-Financial Risk- 5 – 7 years of practical knowledge of risk and control frameworks and application in financial services industry. Be fully conversant in risk appetite, risk response and process improvement concepts. Understand both Technology Non-Financial Risk and financial reporting risk characteristics
