Responsibilities
Leading a EMEA team of PMs accountable for:
Responding to deployment requests for customers across customer segments in Enterprise, SMC-Corporate and SMB
Enabling Partners in their technical capability in order to respond and assist with customers’ Identity needs
Serving as the escalation point for complex identity scenarios across Azure and Microsoft 365 FastTrack and Partners.
Represent the Get-To-Scale team in engineering initiatives and feature previews to drive key business outcomes and bring feedback from the breadth of our customers and partners.
Be the advocate in engineering for our customers and partners – Build and scale an active customer and partner community and engage in events to drive feedback sessions and build customer insights based on segments, verticals, and regions.
Partner with others in Get-To-Scale team on cross-team programs and experiments.
Keep stakeholders updated through regular report-out on business impact and opportunities.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience.
Desire and eagerness to help customers and partners successfully deploy our technologies.
Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to take on and streamline complex orchestrations and deal with ambiguity.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment where new challenges and opportunities exist around every corner.
Experience working directly with Customer or Partner strong preferred.
Minimum seven years of work experience in the computer software industry including two years of experience in security, cloud, and/or identity solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
