This will include but not limited to
Develop the strategy, plan for customer acquisition (B2B-Universities, Colleges, Schools etc), Acquire Customers and roll out services
Build and scale the institutional alliance with college and employers to drive bulk customer acquisition
Closely work with stakeholders to understand requirements and complete feedback loops
Responsible for on-boarding Corporates/SMBs for placements of training beneficiaries
Responsible for onboarding right trainers and their TOTs for the quality delivery
Responsible to do quality check of the trainings and Contents and to provide timely feedbacks
Build and run pilot programs to test market adoption and expand geography
To be self motivated to sell, to execute and deliver business revenue targets
Identify, onboard, Develop and motivate channel, BD teams
Develop and motivate trainers to deliver quality trainings
Conduct periodic reviews to measure progress, partner/ user growth and revenue forecasts
Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by partners(Universities, Colleges, Corporates, SMBs) for healthy and lasting business relationships and ensure re-sales
