Translating deep customer insights into meaningful partnership opportunities that deliver value to both our customers and Thermo Fisher. You will be driving overall account strategy, improving our breadth and depth of capabilities to build high-impact, innovative, science- and customer-centric solutions
Negotiate with knowledge and translate customer insights into partnership opportunities that will deliver value to both customer and Thermo Fisher Scientific
Develop strong relationships between Thermo Fisher and strategic partners and act as a primary interface to lead governance activities, opportunity identification and resolution of critical issues
Conduct periodic reviews with strategic key accounts and cross divisional teams to ensure alignment of strategy and collaboration between customer and Thermo Fisher Scientific as defined in the Partnership Account Plan
Communicate internally via Account Management Team and Monthly Business Reviews on the account landscape, and relationship sensitivities to enhance diversity of spend
Key Accountabilities:
Be accountable for the commercial performance of the focus account and deliver on revenues in alignment with the annual operating plan
Develop and lead the strategic accounts using tools such as Partnership Account Plan as part of standard work procedure to drive growth strategies and ensure a double digit compounded annual growth rate
Work proactively in a matrix environment optimizing the best cross functional resources in sales, service and supply chain to establish high customer allegiance scores above company average at the focus accounts
Leverage market intelligence and market trends to select and grow the number of key accounts in the assigned territory
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Engineering, preferably with an MBA
Several years’ experience in handling major accounts in Academia, Industry, BioPharma, Healthcare and Diagnostics segments
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence internal and external collaborators in a matrix set up
Willingness to learn the technical aspects of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s value proposition
Strong motivation to serve our customers and over-achieve in a dynamic matrix environment
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external collaborators
Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a dynamic business environment
Demonstrate Thermo Fisher Scientific values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement
Valid driver’s licence for Dubai
Fluent in English, proficient in Arabic
