The Senior Intelligence Advisory Specialist is a talent acquisition specialist with extensive customer facing experience, a deep understanding of international sourcing and placement, and considerable previous client exposure – having led discussions with senior stakeholders to achieve talent acquisition goals.
They will be responsible for strategizing the research methodologies, design and client engagements for advisory intelligence. They will collect and analyze multiple types of data across a variety of formats and present reports based on this information.
The Senior Intelligence Advisory Specialist will report to the Head of Advisory Research, Randstad Enterprise Solutions and work closely with the Intelligence Advisory team ensuring customer needs are clearly understood, iterated upon, relevant intelligence content is produced, and the output is presented back to the client in a professional way.Key outputs delivered by the
Senior Intelligence Advisory Specialist include e.g., location strategies, talent competitive analysis, as well as deep dives on automation risk, reskilling/upskilling, segment base work model definition – onsite, hybrid, remote, preferred employment type, etc..
Key Responsibilities include:
Accompany customer scoping calls, leading intelligence advisory engagements on behalf of the Talent Advisory team, support identifying key stakeholder challenges, and co-design the right approach with the customer and Intelligence Advisory team.
Participation in strategic consulting discussions with client stakeholders in the support of intelligence data and insights, and takes part in presentation of intelligence advisory content (either standing by to support with details, or leading presentation)
Based on the scoping notes captured, providing input to Head of Advisory Research on intelligence driven solution possibilities for the customer, and co-designs the product concept at a tactical and strategic level, covering the entire intelligence advisory portfolio (including strategic talent planning and other new product-lines)
Use strong analytical skills to shape and develop findings into high value, actionable insights for clients
Providing deep insights from HR and TA data repositories including external analysts, benchmarking sources, and thought leadership collateral – innovative and creative application of these insights to guide client decision making and planning
To work with the internal Randstad cross-functional “Accelerator” teams in a matrixed environment in the service of a client engagement
Providing quality assurance for data researchers supporting engagements
Leverage content creation suites as part of day to day client deliverables
About You
Understand talent acquisition structures (comes with the right sourcing profile, see below)
Knows sourcing & information retrieval techniques (has sourced talent cross-border, across seniority levels and industries, then had to present candidates to the client directly)
Have excellent presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex information and transform it into actionable insights
Have strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities and digital fluency and ability to adapt to emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrates transformational change management skills
Thrives within process design & optimization
Understand core data and statistic principles
Have excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
