Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

Design all forms of branding and marketing content using graphic design tools and editing software, including (but not limited to) color and font selection, photo and video editing, layouts, graphics, icons, logos, website design, and all other design requirements to build and communicate the Kenpoly brand.
Collaborate with rest of marketing team to offer and develop ideas, concepts, strategies and proposals for marketing campaigns and activities that will drive company sales and build the Kenpoly brand across all relevant marketing channels.
Ensure full understanding and utilization of Trello project management platform for all tasks.
Conceptualize and execute design concepts that elevate creative output and push boundaries of creative thinking and design in execution of brand and marketing presentation.
Ensure creation of all branding and marketing communication is effectively executed and optimized for all relevant marketing platforms, and completed within set timelines.
Take leading role in improving the quality of creative work and ideas for branding and marketing communication, and support and guide other team members to learn, develop and execute elevated standards of creative output and thinking.
Redesign the Kenpoly website in line with the new brand development and reinvention to create an industry leading, modern, customer friendly online experience.
Keep up-to-date with current design trends, global and local, and undertake monthly research on competitor branding and marketing communication.
Be a custodian and protector of brand standards across all brand touch points and ensure all branding and marketing presentation consistently meets the set standards and guidelines without exception. 
Lead by example in living the Kenpoly culture and values and be driven and ambitious to achieve personal growth and company growth.
Learn, read and expand understanding in branding and marketing to develop a broader and deeper knowledge base and keep knowledge relevant and up to date.
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Line Manager or H.O.D

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant/related field. 
Minimum 5 years graphic design experience
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, UX design, and photo editing is also required
Evidence of video editing work in professional portfolio
Proven ability to both, work alone to strict deadlines, and collaboratively in teams
Creative flair and an eye for detail to create visually appealing displays.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and store staff.
Knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities in the retail industry.
