Job Description

Management of finance team
Daily bank reconciliation
Preparing monthly management accounts
Preparing branch accounts and management
Preparing cash flow statement
Working capital management
Oversee credit control
Inventory reports and reconciliations
Review of bill of material on a regular basis
Costing and pricing
To reconcile and submit monthly statutory returns i.e. PAYE, VAT, W/Tax, W/Vat, etc.
To handle annual audits
To ensure van sales reconciliations are done on a daily basis.
To supervise the invoicing team to ensure all invoices are prepared accurately and timely.
To co-ordinate with the procurement team on the daily inventory postings and update of the cost price.
Any other duties allocated by the supervisor or director.
