Detailed Description
Principal Accountabilities (Responsibility)
Serviceability – Deliver both cabin & IFE serviceability at 100% to delight our guests and internal customers. Align manpower, materials, method and machines.
Productivity- Track staff productivity to attain 100 % utilization of available manpower resource.
Quality standards – Deliver cabin quality standard as per the non-technical product audit findings.
Safety & staff engagement – Drive Safety Management System (SMS) & risk awareness through team self-audits and meetings.
Control cabin overhead costs – Review & update Standard Operating Manuals (SOMs) to identify and reduce process wastes.
Improve troubleshooting skills- by coaching and mentoring technicians to reduce No fault Found (NFF) and drawn not used (DNU)
Daily compliance of the bill of works for 100% task execution with nil task deferrals.
Job Requirements
Qualification (Minimum)
DUAL LICENCED and current in all mandatory KCAA/EASA courses.
Engineering Diploma or relevant engineering course from recognized institution.
Approvals on two aircraft types, IFE systems and passenger seats.
Has completed required mandatory online recurrent trainings.
EASA B1/B2 license.
10 years in aircraft and Cabin/IFE maintenance.
Safran /Zodiac seats maintenance.
Panasonic IFE maintenance.
Knowledge on stretcher removal/installation.
Knowledge on KCAA/EASA/FAA/KQ procedures.
