KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position holder will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for:
Business development including lead identification, proposal development and follow ups;
Timely execution of consulting projects;
Enforcement of Altima Africa’s project management and quality assurance process;
Effective coordination of the respective consulting team;
Participation on research that drives the firm’s thought leadership;
Coordinating tasks undertaken with part time/ associate consultants;
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
The Ideal candidate should:
Hold a University Degree in a business related field – an additional professional qualification will be an added advantage
Have at least 5 years work experience with a good mix of experience three of which must be in consulting providing HR or Strategy solutions
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
