Job Responsibilities:
Use clinical insight to locate customer training and application service requirements.
Develop and deliver product application training and support to customers with the target of increasing customer usage rate and satisfaction of Mindray product, including installation training, customer regular visiting, performance verification, resolving issues and so on.
Deliver technical training for distributor’s application team and meanwhile providing constructive suggestions for the development of distributor’s application team.
Collect and analyze products’ application and clinical information to understand and meet customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
Graduate/post-graduate, major in Medical Laboratory Technology or related.
More than 4 years of work experience in a clinical laboratory with good operational skills in IVD products, such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay and Haematology analyzers.
Be familiar with the principle, functional characteristics and clinical application of IVD products.
4 years of clinical application experience in IVD product companies
Experienced in delivering technical training on IVD products.
On-site technical support, such as troubleshooting.
Good in both written and spoken English.
Be familiar with the application process and customer relationship maintenance.
