Senior Client Consulting Manager

Job Description

Collaborate with VCA colleagues, Visa account executives and other Visa functions tcultivate and manage a pipeline of engagement opportunities with the largest banks and merchants in the region
Lead and serve as a subject matter expert on consulting engagements across practice areas (portfolio, digital, risk) including but not limited tthe following,
Using VISA and external data tanalyze client needs across the focus markets and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with VISA key clients
Support and contribute tsales pitches
Lead or contribute tinternal problemsolving sessions
Prepare for, and participate in, client discussions
Be involved in project deliveries in both coordination and delivery role
Work closely with other VISA groups, including Products, BD, Risk, Marketing, Digital Solutions, Digital Partnerships & Ventures, Innovation Center etc., tensure a seamless Consulting experience
Contribute tthe development, when needed, of practice areas in terms of product development
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

 A wellqualified candidate will have broad and deep expertise in Payments Consulting across multiple areas of focus. Key elements tassess his or her candidacy will include expertise on the following topics,
Business needs of issuers, acquirers and merchants in Portfolio, Digital, and Risk e.g., strategy, acquisition, customers and channels full potential, innovation, mobile platforms, digital ecosystems, authorization etc.
Best practices tmeet customer needs across the customer lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, usage, reactivation and retention)
Industry trends, such as evolving economics of payments, new customer value propositions, increasing digitalization and development of digital channels, increasing use of advanced analytics and other technologies in payments and targeting, changing regulatory environment, etc.

Requirement 

Bachelors degree or equivalent. Masters degree preferred
At least 10 years of overall work experience
At least 5 years of solid experience in payments, experience should be gained within a toptier bank  or the financial services practice of a toptier consulting firm
Combination of regional and global experience is alsdesired
At least 2 years of experience in management consulting and deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities including
Experience in cards business inclusive of sales enablement, product development across segments and portfolimanagement.
Diplomatic skills twork in a multifunctional environment and ability textract desired outcomes.
Comfortable interacting with and presenting tsenior management of clients and VISA.
Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint skills and Excel skills.
Superior project management skills. Fluent communicator
Results driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focused
Able ttravel frequently and work on client site
Selfmotivated and able tuse own initiative with limited direction
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability twork effectively with interdisciplinary groups
Ability twork in a multicultural environment
