Senior Baker Coordinator Brand Executive

The Senior Baker Coordinator will oversee bakery operations, maintain quality standards, and develop innovative recipes.

The role requires strong baking expertise, leadership, and creativity.

Minimum Requirements:

Culinary degree with 3+ years of experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant.
 Expertise in artisan baking, pastry arts, and decorating.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily baking activities, ensuring consistency and quality.
Develop and refine pastry, cake, and bakery recipes.
Supervise and train junior bakers and apprentices.
Maintain stock levels and reduce ingredient waste.
Forecast demand to minimize unsold product waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Design seasonal menus and specialty items.
Ensure bakery products meet Big Square’s brand standards.
