Senior Audit Manager – Technology, Digital & Analytics Lead Chief Finance Officer

Job Description

The role has overall responsibility for managing the review of technology & digital assignments and spearheading analytics delivery for Group Internal Audit in OMAR.

The role is responsible for the management of advisory and assurance work relating to technology, digital and data analytics. The role will manage teams & service providers in delivery of the technology, digital & data audit plan, including participating in the annual audit planning, updating the data plan and focus for GIA, and preparation of relevant reports. This role will support the OMAR Heads of Audit in managing stakeholder relationships and preparation of OMAR executive risk committee and board reports, and relevant work summaries for the OMAR entities boards.

Delivery of Services

Delivery of impactful data-driven reports with well thought out management actions and due dates.
Drive the identification of emerging risk and have the ability to advise/consult to 1st line.
Facilitate the agreement of audit findings and rating with the relevant stakeholders.
Participate in building OMAR cross functional capability with technology risk, cyber and data analytics

Skills.

The role will assist to coordinate OMAR/group-wide assignments e.g., projects reviews.
Provide input to the relevant committee and board reporting.

Customer

Support the OMAR Heads of Audit in managing stakeholder engagement and relationships across the relevant portfolio(s).
Participate in technology, digital & data portfolio key governance bodies.
Work closely with the GIA SA team, especially the Technology & Change team, and have a reporting line to the OML Head of Audit, Technology & Change.
Report to and support the Head of Audit, OMAR in execution of his/her tasks e.g., review of the various audit reports.

Operations

Support the OMAR Heads of Audit in cross-functional resource planning and integration related to technology, digital & data, including the use of specialist or co-source consultants.
Comply with IIA Code of Ethics and GIA Policies and Procedures.

People

Support the OMAR Heads of the Audit in acquiring technology, digital & data resources.
Provide input into performance management and development of direct or cross-functional reports.
