Senior Account Manager – Digital

ROLE OVERVIEW 
Significantly contribute to Oxygene’s Integrated team —specifically the Digital team — overall performance, growth  and revenues; identify and develop new business opportunities/strategies for new & existing clients; demonstrate  thought leadership both within and outside of the agency; develops the professional skills of the digital media strategy  team; shapes the development of the social media skills throughout the agency; serves as a resource for digital media  strategy throughout the network and provides insightful and innovative client account service and leadership. Be an expert at evaluating a client situation and developing a comprehensive word-of-mouth marketing & digital  strategy that is built upon strong research and insight and incorporates Digital PR, digital media outreach, online  marketing, development of (user) experience, search visibility, effective and innovative engagement, and measurable  outcomes.  You will be an active and engaged social media user who is passionate about staying on top of new trends  and developments within the field. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Growth and Performance 

Develop and implement strategies to achieve the revenue and profitability projections of the organisation and to  ensure the continued growth of the offering.  
New business development and the growth of existing client accounts. 
Identifying and contributing to fulfil evolving resource needs, identifying and cultivating effective partnerships  within and outside of the agency and overall team leadership. 

Growth of Oxygene’s Offering 

Working with the other members of the digital team to strengthen and evolve digital offering in response to  market demands and to reflect the growth of the team’s capabilities and innovations in the field.  • Leading regular assessments presentations with client. 
Consultation with clients and account teams. 
Staying on top of new trends and developments within the field. 

Talent Development 

Providing feedback and identifying and providing training opportunities for team members and evaluations and  career counselling for direct reports.  
Serve as a positive role model and mentor for others on the team and throughout the organisation.  • Continue to strengthen the digital team 

New Business Development 

Identifying, developing and supporting new business opportunities for existing and new clients. • Working with other team leaders to establish new business priorities 
Developing digital influence programmes that reflect the very best thinking and capabilities of the group • Participating in and leading new business presentations and material development. 

Client Value 

Responsible for providing insightful, innovative and responsive client account service and leadership, ideally  serving in the role of trusted adviser.  
Developing and implementing digital media strategies that are based on strong research and insight, are focused  on delivering measurable

outcomes and are well-integrated into overall account team strategies.  • Work with other digital media team members in strategy, experience/design, production and development to  deliver the greatest impact to meet the client’s objectives.  
Responsive to client and account team needs and anticipating and addressing concerns if and when they arise. 

ACCOMPLISHED EXPERIENCE IN: 

Project Management (briefing, tracking, delivery, team / client liaison) 
Client/Account management 
Content planning /Creation – support in ideation (copy writing/best practice social optimisation)
High level understanding/appreciation of digital media platforms 
Influencer Identification process (outreach best practice) to social influencer framework development
Understanding of online monitoring tools 
Brand Digital Strategy 
Interpretation of data – with actionable insights 
Presentation skills – to client level; sufficient level of organised PowerPoint presentations
Pitch development 
Mentor to junior team members 
Video production development (scope, storyboard, budget, strategy, format to delivery) – providing rationale 

COMPETENT UNDERSTANDING OF:

Influencer engagement & process 
Awareness and understanding of emerging platforms & innovations
