Senior Account Executive – International Medical Business

Purpose for the Job

The job holder will be responsible for managing both corporate and individual international private medical insurance accounts, while also supporting the operations related to these accounts.

Duties and Responsiblities

Renewals & Organic Growth

Maintain a 100% retention rate for policy renewals.
Conduct in-depth broking to understand client requirements before renewal.
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure continued business.

Administration

Oversee timely administration and updating of insurance policies.
Maintain and update a centralized database for all corporate and individual insurance covers.
Ensure accurate income booking in the financial system.
Manage credit control processes.
Provide high-quality customer service to clients.

Technical Competence

Demonstrate high-level expertise in IPMI products for corporates and individuals.
Interpret and communicate financial and technical proposals to clients.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Stay updated on international product knowledge, market trends, and new developments.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with insurers.
Regularly gather market intelligence on renewals and competitor offerings.

Professional and Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
3 years relevant experience in a similar position within the IPMI industry.
