We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our Security Department as a Security Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, family-oriented Club environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that you offer consistent and high-quality experience to meet and exceed members’ needs through all security related activities offered at the Club.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the security team, protect and safeguard Club guests, suppliers, contractors and employees.
Ensuring all Club assets and properties are always secured.
Investigating and recording all reported security incidents.
Proactively institute security controls and preventive measures where and when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Criminology and Security Management (Criminology)
Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
Experience in the hospitality industry will be a plus.
Kenya Police training/Military/NYS will be a plus.
Excellent investigative and report writing skills.
Ability to implement and monitor security systems.
Surveillance skills, customer service skills, first aid skills, and firefighting skills.
