School Principal – CBC School

The overall responsibility of the position shall include, but not be limited to, leadership and management, curriculum implementation, learning management, and administrative management in the CBC school, which includes the preschool, the CBC, and the Junior Secondary school.

Digitalization of academic processes and procedures.

Relevant Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or any other relevant degree.
Certificate or Diploma in Education Management is an added advantage
Good standing with the Teacher Service Commission (TSC)and a TSC Number
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Principal in a CBC school.
Computer literate with experience in e-learning techniques is an added advantage
Vast knowledge of learning techniques & approaches.
To have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide support to other teachers
Excellent leadership Skills & self-drive.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in CI School will be an added advantage.
