Role Summary:
Oversee student behavior, track academic progress, provide pastoral care, and support career development. You will guide students through personal challenges, promote holistic learning, and contribute to fostering a positive school ethos.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education from a Kenyan University
Must be registered with the TSC
Over five years of teaching experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to student welfare and academic success
Added Advantage:
Counselling Psychology course
Relevant professional certifications
