Primary Objective:
Revenue acquisition; following up on leads and converting them.
Profit and Customer service improvement
Managing and maintaining current clients
Key Responsibilities
Acquiring new revenue by taking a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results
Managing relationships to generate and grow valuable long-term client partnerships
Touring customers to show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale where possible
Sales review planning of the center monthly
Experience or background:
Previous experience selling products or service solutions through direct sales. Experience in selling real estate products will be an advantage.
At least 2 years’ experience
Commercial/ results driven
Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong business relationships.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
